Terms of sale

These Terms of Sale govern access to the AthletsID Premium offer, an online sports profile service for young athletes, published by [Nom et prénom à compléter].

Subscribing means full acceptance of these Terms.

The service is for parents or legal guardians of legal age. Users warrant they have parental authority or required permission to publish information about the athlete.

Free: profile creation with baseline features described on the site.

Premium (yearly subscription): unlocks Premium features (videos, matches, training, club history, body metrics, view counter, etc.) as shown on the Benefits page at purchase time.

AthletsID may evolve features; a material reduction of Premium may entitle a pro‑rata refund for the remaining period on request.

Standard price: 49€ incl. tax per year per Premium account.

Launch offer (early bird): 29€ incl. tax per year for the first 100 paid Premium subscriptions. After that, the standard price applies.

Prices are in euros, tax included where VAT applies. AthletsID may change prices for future renewals with prior notice.

Online payment will be handled by a secure provider (e.g. Stripe). Until checkout is live, no money is collected; Premium may be activated manually or at payment launch.

The contract is formed upon successful payment. Confirmation is sent to the account email.

Premium runs for one (1) year from activation.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, the subscription may renew automatically for an equivalent period. Customers can disable renewal in their account or by emailing the publisher before the renewal date.

Under EU/French consumer law, a 14-day withdrawal right may apply, except where immediate performance of the digital service was requested and the right expressly waived.

Customers may stop using Premium at any time; no refund is due for the period already started, except as required by law or section 3.

AthletsID may suspend or terminate an account for abuse, unlawful use, or non-payment.

AthletsID provides a presentation tool; it does not take part in club, federation or scout decisions.

Users are responsible for published content and image rights of people photographed or filmed.

Data processing is described in the Privacy policy. Contact: contact@athletsid.com. Payment may involve processing by the payment provider under its own terms.

In case of dispute, contact AthletsID for an amicable solution.

Consumers may use a consumer mediator once one is appointed; details will be published then.

Failing agreement, French courts have jurisdiction. Governing law: French law.
